Our website is a static site and we do not operate our own server-side database. Form submissions are processed through Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form processing service. When you submit the consultation form, your information is transmitted to Formspree's servers and delivered to us by email. Once received by us, your information is handled by our advocates and staff solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, and is subject to attorney–client confidentiality obligations.

5. Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party services:

  • Formspree — processes consultation form submissions. See their privacy policy at formspree.io.
  • Google Fonts — serves typography assets from Google's content delivery network. Google may collect limited technical data (such as your IP address) as part of this service. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third party for commercial or marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and Browser Storage

This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. The site uses sessionStorage — a browser-based storage mechanism that is not a cookie — solely to remember that you have acknowledged our disclaimer during your current browsing session. This data is automatically and permanently deleted when you close your browser tab or window. No personal information is stored in sessionStorage.

We retain personal information submitted through the consultation form only for as long as is necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, for the duration of the attorney–client relationship and as required by applicable professional conduct rules and law.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian law, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal data;
  • Request erasure of your personal data, subject to our legal and professional obligations; and
  • Withdraw consent for processing (where processing is based on consent).
